At Satellite Radio Setup, we’re committed to providing quality service and support for your satellite radio needs. Please review our policy below to understand when refunds or returns may apply.


Service Refunds

We offer service-based support and satellite radio setup. Refunds for these services are issued only under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered or initiated within the promised timeframe.

  • You contacted us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason and no service work had begun.

  • A duplicate payment was accidentally made.

Once setup work has been completed or any configuration has been started, no refunds will be issued.


📦 Product Returns (if applicable)

If we assist you in purchasing any third-party satellite radio hardware through our guidance or partner channels:

  • We are not responsible for return eligibility of those products.

  • You must follow the return policy of the original seller (Amazon, eBay, etc.).

We do not stock or ship products directly.


🚫 Non-Refundable Items & Services

  • Completed setup or activation services

  • Customized configuration or consulting

  • Missed or ignored support appointment windows

  • Issues arising from third-party hardware or provider-side failures


💸 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. We’ll notify you by email once your refund is initiated.

To request a refund, email us at support@satelliteradiosetup.com with:

  • Your name and contact details

  • Date and method of purchase

  • Reason for the request
